1. Make sure the device is in a powered-off state.
2. On the device locate the refresh and power keys. These keys will be located on the top row of the keyboard.
3. Press and hold down these two buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds or until you see the device power back on.
4. Once it powers on, it should be functional again and resume charging capabilities.
